The Kiné-Concept Institute was founded in 1987 by
two health-care specialists who continue to assume its
management today.

Dr. Réal Gaboriault, M.Sc., Ph.D.
In addition to a Bachelor's degree in physical education from the University of Sherbrooke, Dr. Gaboriault holds a Master's in physiology, specialising in cardiac rehabilitation, and a Doctorate in exercise physiology from the University of Alberta. He was a professor in the Kinanthropology department at the University of Ottawa from 1977 to 1983. He also holds a diploma in Massokinesitherapy, and is President of the Institute.

Sylvain Magnan, B.Sc.kin.
A massage therapy and Massokinesitherapy graduate in 1982, Sylvain Magnan continued his studies, obtaining a Bachelor of Physical Education in 1987. He has since become a professor of massage therapy and Massokinesitherapy. He has worked as a clinical massokinesitherapist since 1982, and is Treasurer of the Kiné-Concept Institute.
