Shiatsu is a technique that uses pressure mainly applied with thumbs, but also the fingers, palms, elbows, and even the feet can be used. The Shiatsu therapist focuses on meridians and acupuncture points located below the skin or the muscles. The degree of pressure is varied for each individual. Shiatsu is practiced in the context of the person's global development. The massage is executed over the clothing or directly on the skin.

Thai Massage-Yoga
Often described as Assisted Hatha-Yoga, this therapeutic art is quickly gaining popularity in the West.
