Body Approach with oil

Kinetic Swedish massage®
Kinetic Swedish® massage consists of a series of massage techniques that are applied to muscles as well as tendons. Its goal is to achieve a deep relaxation of the muscles and thereby favor an increase in the range of motion - thus the term "kinetic."

Kinetic Swedish® massage techniques involve the whole muscle - from one point of attachment to the other. In addition to relaxation, the benefits are numerous and reflect on the whole musculoskeletal and organic systems. They can be summed up as:

  improved blood circulation

reduction of stress through a calmed nervous system

  improved skin suppleness

  decreased muscle tension

Kinetic Swedish massage® is an experience in itself. It improves the individual's awareness resulting in optimal quality of life.

Traditional Swedish Massage
Whether firm or soft, Swedish massage is mainly performed on the musculature and has an effect on the muscles, articulations, skin, respiratory and nervous systems. Often associated with physical conditioning and has global benefits.

Esalen Massage
Massage founded on softness, slowness and mostly intuition. It helps to identify sensations, perceptions and emotions. It is characterized by the absence of specific manipulation techniques and favors intuition development and promotes a meditative state.

Sports Massage
This approach seeks greater understanding of the body in sports, with a focus on muscular interactions and the potential for trauma inherent to many sports activities. Through massage techniques and mobilizations that are adapted to the sporting body, the therapist can intervene effectively during the training, competition and rest phases. Supple, preventive contention techniques will be taught during this course to enrich the basic techniques, as required. In addition, students will gain better understanding of the psychological components that help take sports enthusiasts to the level of elite athletes.

Masso-kinesitherapy
The masso-kinesitherapist masters a set of teachings aimed at restoring the optimal range of motion. Kinetic Swedish® massage is the foundation of this approach.

The practitioner integrates his knowledge as a global comprehension of the human body. To achieve his goals, mobilizations are performed in specific directions; articular and muscular assessments are completed - and an in-depth analysis is conducted - all of which help to guide the choice of interventions.

This approach is preventive and therapeutic. In fact, masso-kinesitherapy is the maintenance of the body's mechanics - maximizing the user's quality of life.

A masso-kinesitherapy session procures well-being, a feeling of freedom of movement and a certain physical and mental lightness.
