Recipe for a healthy life
- Eat well:

- Reduce your consumption of meat as much as possible (1 to 2 servings a week)
- Avoid fried foods
- Reduce refined sugars
- In the morning, eat fresh fruits, as much as you want of the same fruit (never eat fruits on a full stomach, like after a meal)
- Eat raw vegetables, salads, nuts, etc.
- Drink water and limit alcohol consumption (reasonable quantities of wine may have positive effects on health, unless medically contra-indicated)

- Practice some physical activity three times a week for 15 to 30 minutes (begin gradually and consult your doctor before undertaking any physical activity program). Professionals in physical education can also advise you. At work, perform muscle stretches regularly (see the suggested exercises in the " Back to basics ".

- Oxygenate yourself, meditate - go for a walk!

- Do not give into negative emotions, they are harmful to your health.

- If possible, avoid stressful situations.

- Consult your massage therapist or your masso-kinesitherapist at least 4 times a year (at the changes of seasons). Doesn't your body deserve at least the same attention as you give your car?
